  1. Life is complicated! DuBois is very good example of an extraordinary man. Nevertheless he was criticized for not being like others would like him to be. When DuBois, not only worked hard against systemic racism, looked inwards to his Black community and worked hard to make their lives better by point out things that had to be fixed and make his community accountable, DuBois was attacked by his own. Similarly, it happened to other great leaders like Frederick Douglas, before him and Percy Julian, after him, who had to balance his professional achievements with fighting against the JimCrow system of injustices. Many times criticized by others on the same side!
